The Desert The desert is a place of heat and beauty. During the day, the heat is searing and life is scarce. The sun beats down on the flat sands and dunes unfalteringly. The only things to be seen are a few reptiles, the desert plants, and miles of waterless land. At night, everything changes and the desert is full of life. The wildlife scatter around and enjoy the cool nights under the beautiful silver moon. Everything seems to shine with the moonlight and seems more vibrant. The Ocean The oceans are places of mystery, secrets and beauty. In the day, the sparkling blue waters glisten in the sun and invite you to come swimming. During the night, the oceans become a deep purplish black and shine and flow like folds in a rich velvet tapestry. They flow under the calm, silver light of the round moon.
